7/8 SWL Beach Trip

On Monday the 11th of November SWL went to the beach in the college vans and when we got to the beach it was really windy and it was also raining and it was really cold. The leaders of the groups were Cassie, Damien, Lisa and Kirsty.





IRB- Levi and Devon got into the IRB and and Cassie, Damien and Lisa asked some questions about it and they told us about it aswel. then they all showed us all around the board sheds and in the medical room the fitnedd room and where the changing rooms were and they were also showing us the clubrooms.



After a little while we went into the training room and we learnt how to do CPR on CPR dummies and we g how to use all of the letters and they are DRS and ABC.

When we were at the beach it was cold and raining and the waves were choppy, rough and massive so we decided to go to the pools and keira and I were having piggybacks and then we went onto the splash pad and then we went under the buckets and it was freezing and then we went into the pool and it was so warm.
